Our timing systems
Precision and accuracy are the name of the game when it comes to result and times. We utilise the latest industry leading RFID technology to ensure your event is timed professionally. With a range of RFID options available, we can provide a timing solution to meet the demands of your event.
Our timing chips
We understand that no event is the same, so we have a variety of recording devices to ensure that we manage your participant event times and results accurately. Whether you are looking for the passive solutions such as disposable chips, integrated race bib and timing chip or an ‘active’ solution such as transponders (usually attached by ankle, wrist, bicycle or vehicle). Contact us and we can provide you the most appropriate solution to meet your needs.
Race bib numbers
Is it really just a number? Let’s face it – race bib numbers are worn by almost every participant in events. They are your primary source of exposure for your partners, sponsors and supporters. We offer affordable quality race bibs with earth friendly recyclable material. Our bibs are tear proof (we are runners – so we know bibs need to be tough!), offer vibrant colour print or black and white options. We can print both front and back of your race bib number.
Want to give your participants that little extra oomf out on course – we offer custom ‘name on race number’ printing and can also offer custom QR codes for increased customer interaction.
Results and scoring
This is where all the action happens. We have timed over 1 million participants over the past 15 years and pride ourselves in providing accurate and complete results when our race organisers need it. Our powerful results scoring software is purpose built and is in constant development to meet the ever-changing requirements of events. There is nothing that we can’t deliver and we will work with you to ensure results are in your hand, exactly as you want them, when you need them.
Event day results
We can make results available to you on race day by paper print out or digitally through our paperless iPad results. We like to think of ourselves and environmentally friendly, so if you are happy for results to be available at the tap of your finger – then we are too.
Live results
Let’s face it, we live in a world with everything at the touch of your fingertips and that’s how we like it! Enhance the athlete experience with live on day results. We provide you with a special device friendly link you can share with your participants so they can track, share and even follow the progress of their friends on course. Want to increase your reach? Get people not attending your event engaging on social media channels or on your website with how the event unfolds in real-time.
Post event results
When it is all said and done, accurate results are the icing on the cake for your event. We provide a custom branded results link for you to include on your website. Results are available online as they occur. Our information hungry participants don’t need to wait days, hours or even minutes for results to be available. Our user friendly interface allows participants to search and view their results, share with friends, print e-certificates, view event photos and compare with friends. We take care of it all so you can focus on planning next year’s event.
Results notifications
Want to notify friends and family when a particpiant has started the race, crossed a timing point, finished or just want to send participants notifications about urgent event updates or reminders? We can initiate and organise SMS and email notifications when you need them done. This is a fantastic feature which can really provide that personal touch to an event or ensure immediate and quick response if required.
